It is probably more detailed than necessary if you are serving less than 25 families a year. However, if you have the time to create a check off list and do the follow through it will help create a better experience for everyone involved.
Feel free to consolidate the list to accommodate your program and as always I appreciate your feedback and questions. Some things on the list may not apply, yet hopefully, it will give affiliates an idea of how we handle homeowners, applications and projects in general.
